Great service, friendly technician! Was out in 10 minutes and fixed my range in 20 minutes. Only charged the diagnostic fee which was less than the other quotes I received. Would definitely recommend
Terrible customer service, won't even return calls. Came out on a warranty call told us appliance was unsafe to use but Maytag says he said it is fine. He now won't return calls, someone is lying! If he won't return calls it looks like he is involved in the misinformation. I do not trust him and recommend using someone else. STAY AWAY. Be VERY LEERY . AVOID!!!!
