- The master bedroom had a queen bed, rather than a king.

Very Nostalgic, I have been going here since I was 4 and have fun at the beach everytime! I wish there were more young adults to socialize with in the area, but other than that it is peaceful and fun. Never enough beds for everyone but its part of the experience. And the smell of cigarettes around the complex can be a nuisance.

- There was an ancient VCR/DVD player in the living room which had poor picture and sound quality (we didn't say anything about it)

Inside nicely furnished and stocked units. Great kitchen, living room TV, bedoom tv's. Linnens fresh and clean. The beach is amazing.

- Easy access to the beach

Ocean Time is a great place to stay if you're coming to visit Ocean City for a week like I was. It's located near a lot of activities and is a comfortable walking distance from the beach.

- Spacious unit with separate laundry room

- The living room smelled like cat urine. We could tell that they had just cleaned the carpets, so maybe they knew about it, but the smell was still there. (We didn't say anything about this either).

Actually, I would rate this a 4.5 if I could. It's not perfect, but it's a nice place. My family has stayed at Ocean Time Condominiums up to 3 weeks per year for at least the last 20 years. The amenities here offer you all you in need in a home away from home. Every year there are new upgrades. This year is brand new stainless cookware for each kitchen. Recently new living room couches and matching chairs were purchased. The units come fully furnished including linens, towels, extra pillows and blankets and have 2 bedrooms, and 2 full bathrooms, one with a wall mounted hair dryer, and they include 2 back up rolls of toilet paper. The master has a queen bed, the pull-out living room couch is also a queen bed and the 2nd bedroom has a double and a twin in it. These units can sleep 7. There is a flat screen TV in the master bedroom, and the living room has a larger version with a DVD attached, as well as a nice new electric fireplace heater. The kitchen has an in-sink garbage disposal, full size refrigerator, stove/oven, microwave, coffee pot, blender and dishwasher with beautiful granite counters. If there's anything else in particular you prefer to use in your kitchen, you should bring it with you. There is plenty of dinnerware and a roomy full size dining room table that seats 6. You can easily order in or even cook full meals if you're watching your budget. The laundry room with full size washer and dryer is also home to a full size vacuum and iron/ironing board. Each unit has a starter package of supplies. A clean dish cloth, pot scrubber, dish towel, pot holders, roll of paper towels and single packs each of coffee, laundry and dishwasher detergent are provided and each trash can has a bag. Depending upon how many people you have in your party and how much you use depends upon if you need to go out and get more, if you do, there are nearby markets and even a dollar store down the street. The beach is steps away and there is an outdoor shower and spigot on the side of the building for rinsing sand off. From the balcony you can see the ocean to the east and the bay to the west if you are on an upper floor. Your stay here includes access to an indoor heated pool (April-October), as well as a gym (November-March) and has an elevator and a couple luggage carts to make it easy to load and unload your car. This building was built way before there was WiFi, and it was built SOLID. Someone in management once explained that at first they were told it would be impossible to install WiFi for all the units since all the walls are concrete, but they finally found a service provider who would, however, there are only so many routers for the whole building. Sometimes the signal is weak, especially when a lot of people are using it at the same time. There were times I've had to walk around to find it, and then had to stay put, other times it would fluctuate. However, I was able to stream an all day webinar with no problem one year when I needed to. There is an additional xfinitywifi open network for subscribers, too. The units are clean and if anything is wrong, we are strongly encouraged to report it. They give the option of having maintenance come during your stay or wait until you leave. Everyone chipping in if they see something missing, or wrong etc., helps keep the units nice. One call to the management office has always quickly taken care of any issues for us.

Pros:

- The shower curtains were moldy

Tip: If you're wanting to socialize in the area, check out Kirby's Red Onion Grill right across the street. They make excellent fruit crushes and the kitchen is open late here too.

Pros & CONS:

Cons:

They should have been honest enough to admit that they were not going to fix the problem right up front and move us to a unit with a good signal. POOR, POOR customer service!!!

- Granite kitchen counters with lots of counter space

- WiFi in our unit was a complete JOKE. When we called about it they said they would call us back, but didn't. After stringing us along for 4 days, they said that their technicians reset the router and checked our connectivity "remotely". SERIOUSLY? You can't check WiFi signals remotely! No one came to our unit. They said that a unit near us has WiFi. SERIOUSLY? How does that help us? Bottom line, they had no intention of doing anything about the WiFi signal in our end unit. When they refused to do what it would take to fix the issue, we were told that there are lots of places in Ocean City with WiFi, such as the library and coffee shops, and that we should go there! SERIOUSLY????? What kind of an answer is that?

- The kitchen counter had not been cleaned prior to our arrival.

- You have to bring your own trash bags, dishwasher detergent, coffee filters, laundry soap and toilet paper (they only give enough for the first day). This was the first time I've stayed at a condo where these aren't provided! Also bring a dish sponge (none provided), dish towels and dish cloths because they only give one of each
