The next day all 3 cars had parking citations on then windshields. We called Garrett Matthew, who's info was on the email as the POC, he said the $50/week registration included 2 parking paces but was not sure why they still left a ticket on all 3 cars. Told me to go to the management office by the game room, the person there said that was incorrect, and the $50/registration was only for 1 car... Additional parking passes could be purchased for $50/car. For 3 bedroom condo, how do you expect people to travel in 1 vehicle. And free street parking is VERY hard to find.
Bring your own toilet paper, the one provided is the of the cheapest kind, shreds in your hands.
Love the pool!!! The view is great and the beach in front of the condos is not as crowded as other areas along Ocean City. Wish the bike racks were in a covered location for both buildings.
$50/car/week is incredibly expensive. Second, with something that costs money, why ins't everyone on the same page? And third, why isn't this disclosed on the listing. Very shady.
Lots of dirty dishes. And there was no dish soap on the property even though the email said that was included.
We called the vacasa support number to inquiry about any restrictions the property or county had on beach tents, lady said she would check and call us back, she never called back.
The balcony railing is very dangerous for kids because the railings are spaced out too far apart from each other.
This area of the beach is not family friendly, the ocean is normally very rough. And because of sand angle underwater, the waves break strong at the shoreline, this is very dangerous for adults, and extremely dangerous for kids. High risk of injury.
The listing did not disclose parking would be a separate cost. And it also did not disclose the $50/week registration fee. Which we found out about via email a couple of days later after processing our reservation.
We spoke with a representative from vacasa 24 hours before arrival, giving her a heads up we would be arriving at night with a sleeping baby and wanted to make sure we could park and get to bed right away, and that we were coming with 3 vehicles. She mentioned there was no issue, and wrote down all 3 of our vehicles license plate info, said she would submit it to the property management company. She stated there was no cost for parking when we inquired about it.
Not recommended for families, especially with kids. There are other cleaner places for the same or lower prices
Very outdated... There are many others that are better for the price!
Everything inside of the condo was very old, outside of the TV. Many sections had a lot of rust. Bathrooms and kitchen looked run down and are severely outdated.
Parking is expensive and a nightmare:
This is a real nice condominium. Been coming down with my family for the last 6 to 7 years and always have a lovely time. Lots of good amenities, easy beach access and great views all come together to make this a great place to vacation.
